Antenatal Program

Postnatal Program

A program to support new parents in recovering after birth and adjusting to life with a newborn. It focuses on physical recovery, emotional wellbeing, daily routines, infant care skills, and self-care strategies to promote confidence, balance, and a healthy return to everyday activities.
Coping with Postnatal Depression

A program to support parents experiencing low mood, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm after birth. It focuses on building daily routines, strengthening coping strategies, improving self-care, and restoring meaningful activities to promote emotional wellbeing, confidence, and connection during the postnatal period.
Early Childhood Development
0 - 3 Months

A program to support newborns in building early motor and sensory skills during this critical stage of growth. It focuses on positioning, bonding, sleep routines, tummy time, and caregiver guidance to promote healthy development, comfort, and connection from the very beginning.

A program to support infants as they build core motor, sensory, and social skills. It focuses on head and trunk control, rolling, grasping, play and early communication, while guiding caregivers with practical strategies to support healthy development through everyday routines.

School Readiness

A program to support children in developing the skills needed for successful learning and participation at school. It focuses on gross motor skills and postural tone, fine motor and handwriting readiness, attention, emotional regulation, social skills, sensory processing, and independence with daily tasks, while providing caregivers with practical strategies to support confident, smooth transitions into the school environment.
Post-Stroke

To support individuals recovering from a stroke to regain independence, function, and confidence in daily life. It focuses on improving mobility, strength, coordination, fine motor skills, cognitive function, self-care, and adaptive strategies, while providing personalized exercises and practical guidance to help individuals safely and effectively return to their everyday routines.
Post-SCI

To support individuals in regaining independence, function, and confidence after a spinal cord injury. It focuses on improving mobility, upper body and fine motor skills, self-care, adaptive strategies, and environmental modifications, while providing exercises and guidance to help individuals safely participate in daily activities and achieve their goals.
Improving my Mental Health

To support individuals in improving emotional wellbeing, resilience, and daily functioning. It focuses on building coping strategies, stress management, self-care routines, meaningful activity engagement, and social skills, while providing personalized guidance to help individuals manage symptoms, enhance motivation, and participate more fully in everyday life.
Coping with Anxiety & Stress

To support individuals in managing overwhelming emotions and promoting calm, balance, and daily functioning. It focuses on developing coping strategies, relaxation techniques, routine building, sensory regulation, and meaningful activity engagement, while providing guidance to help reduce stress, improve resilience, and navigate everyday challenges with confidence.
